Best Mode Srl guarantees you the utmost confidentiality in the processing of your personal data, their accuracy and their updating as established by current legislation on the protection of personal data.

Object of the treatment

The Data Controller processes personal data (name, surname, e-mail), hereinafter “data”, communicated by you when completing the contact form on the Data Controller’s website in order to provide information regarding your requests and / or for marketing purposes. The Data Controller may also save cookies, as described in more detail in the Cookie Policy which will be found on the website www.bestmode.it

Purpose of the processing

Your personal data will be used by the Company for institutional purposes connected or instrumental to the activity of Best Mode Srl as better specified below.
In no case does the Data Controller use your personal data for undeclared purposes. In particular, your data will be processed for the following purposes:

Data retention

Your personal data, unless you explicitly express your desire to delete them, will be kept for the time provided for by the applicable legislation, and in any case for a period of time not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes indicated above, and specifically relating to execution of the contract for a period of ten years.

Transfer of personal data to countries outside the European Union

The data collected and processed are not transferred to companies or other entities outside the EU territory. – the rights provided for by the Regulations.

Furthermore, in the cases provided for by the regulation, it may request:
– that the personal data referred to you are rectified or deleted, or that their processing is limited.
– that the data you provide to the Data Controller are transferred to another Data Controller (“right to portability”), in the event that the processing is based on your consent or on a contract stipulated with you and is carried out by automated means;
– oppose the processing of your personal data for reasons related to your particular situation, to be specified in the request; or without the need to justify the opposition, when your data are processed for direct marketing purposes.
You can submit, free of charge and without particular formalities (for example, by e-mail, registered mail, etc.), a request to exercise the rights to the Data Controller (on the website www.garanteprivacy.it a facsimile form is available).
We will respond to your requests within a month, except in particularly complex cases, for which it could take up to 2 months. The result will be provided to you in writing or electronically. If you request the rectification, cancellation and limitation of processing, we undertake to communicate the results of your requests to each of the recipients of your data, unless this proves impossible or involves a disproportionate effort.
We remind you that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before the withdrawal.

Complaint

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial action, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Communication and dissemination of personal data for the pursuit of the primary purposes of the processing

The data will not be disclosed and may be disclosed to any other third party when the communication is mandatory by law, including the scope of prevention / repression of any illegal activity. All employees, consultants, collaborators and / or any other “natural person” who carry out their business on the basis of the instructions received from the Company, are authorized pursuant to art. 29 of the Regulation.
